Deleuze’s philosophy, in my opinion at least, represents a more successful twisting free of classical metaphysics than Heidegger’s philosophy. This book is a necessary one in the library of accounts of writing philosophy’s new itinerary. Maybe that is impossible; maybe that is not philosophical work that I am asking for. As a Hegelian on my way to Deleuze, I could not even quite jibe what was going on vis-a-vis Deleuze’s avid animus against Hegel, even though I have a pretty good idea of what that is.
I want to quickly recommend a few other books for the interested reader. What Martin Heidegger and Gilles Deleuze have in common is that beisttegui are both thinkers of the ontological difference between Being and beings though they trutj conceive of it in very different ways.
